Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days.

5. Returns and Exchanges

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Slides.
