Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please check our website for specific details on shipping restrictions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Slides.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
